VEHICLE
VCC | 3M Films Installation for Vehicle Color Change
3 days + 1 exam day (12 months later)
- Color Change program is a three-day course dedicated to teaching installers how to install 3M™ Wrap Film Series 2080 and use 3M™ Knifeless Tape.
- On the third day, installers have the option to continue training or attempt a five-station installation test if they feel confident in their skillset. Students who are new to the industry (or who have less than a year of experience) are advised not to take the test.
- A separate registration is required to take the final exam. Training is not mandatory to take the test, but it is highly recommended.
- Installers who pass this test will receive the “3M Vehicle Color Change Preferred Installer” accreditation.
PPF | 3M Paint Protection Film
2 days + 1 exam day (12 months later)
- Training designed for the installation of 3M™ Paint Protection Film Series 100 and 200.
- The skills you learn in this training will help you increase your output and consistently apply the Film to vehicles.
- A separate registration is required to take the final exam. Training is not mandatory to take the test, but it is highly recommended. It is not recommended for persons with less than one year of experience to take this test.
- Installers who pass this test will receive the “3M™ Paint Protection Film Preferred Installer” accreditation.
The course includes :
- Instruction on mixing installation solutions
- Basic tool introduction and usage
- Proper stretching techniques
- Edge finishing
- Pattern alignment
- Use of 3M™ Pattern and Solutions Center software
AWF | 3M Automotive Window Film
2 days + 1 exam day (12 months later)
- Training designed for the installation of 3M™ Window Tint Film. Includes a special section on 3M™ Automotive Window Film Crystalline Series
- A separate registration is required to take the final exam. Training is not mandatory to take the test, but it is highly recommended. It is not recommended for persons with less than one year of experience to take this test.
- Installers who pass this test will receive the “3M™ Automotive Window Film with Crystalline Preferred Installer.” accreditation.
The course includes :
- Instruction on film selection
- Prepping
- Mixture ratios
- Trimming and hand cutting as well as pre-cut kits
- Heat forming
- Final inspection
Corporate Graphics
WWF + FG | 3M Graphic Films Installation for Windows, Walls, Floors and Fleet Graphics
3 days + 2 exam day (12 months later)
- Training designed for improve your installation proficiency and ensure your applications exceed your customer’s expectations.
- Installers have the option to take the rigorous installation tests if they feel confident in their skills. 3M suggests that these rigorous hands-on tests only be attempted by experienced installers.
- A separate registration is required to take the final exam. Training is not mandatory to take the test, but it is highly recommended.
- Installers who pass this test will receive the “3M Windows, Walls & Floors Preferred Installer and 3M Fleet Preferred Installer” accreditation. You will be listed on the 3M Installer Locator and granted use of specific 3M branding items to convey your proven proficiencies.

- This training is designed to give installers the tools and techniques needed to confidently apply 3M™ DI-NOC™ Architectural Finishes in an interior/exterior design setting.
- Installers have the option to take the rigorous installation tests if they feel confident in their skills. 3M suggests that these rigorous hands-on tests only be attempted by experienced installers.
- A separate registration is required to take the final exam. Training is not mandatory to take the test, but it is highly recommended.
- Installers who pass this test will receive the “3M DI-NOC™ Architectural Finishes Preferred Installer” accreditation. You will be listed on the 3M Installer Locator and granted use of specific 3M branding items to convey your proven proficiencies.
